2 Months!

We just had our 2 month appointment! The doctor said Lillian is doing great and looks perfect. She is now 10lbs,1oz (in the 29% with babies her age) and 22.5" (56%) tall. She is becoming much more active when she is awake, kicking and batting at things and trying so hard to tell you all about it. Here are a few pictures from last week.

Looking out the window while hanging out in the bouncer

Sitting on the couch like a big girl

This is the outfit she was going to wear when we went out to dinner with Jenny. Unfortunately Lillian was having a melt down, so we amused ourselves with some pictures of the super cute outfit and shoes! Then mom got to go out to eat. Thanks Dad for taking care of our grumpy little elf!

Even when she is crying she can melt your heart! So sweet!

Miss Lily & her Dad

I caught them cat napping on the couch a few times and got a couple of really cute pictures!

Lily & Kalia

We went and met Lillian's cousin who is just 4 weeks younger than Lillian.
Notice the awesome frog leg pose. Here they are: Lily @ 6 weeks & Kalia @ 2 weeks old.

WEEKS 6 & 7

Here is Lily at 6 & 7 weeks. You can see that she lost a lot of her baby hair on the front and top of her head.

8 weeks!

Wow, Miss Lily is 8 weeks today! I feels like forever and hardly any time all at the same time. The last couple weeks have been very trying. Our poor girl was having troubles with her tummy and going poop. I am glad I started her on formula when I did, getting through the last 2 weeks would have been very difficult if I had only 2 weeks left on my maternity leave. Now that we have figured out that she is lactose intolerant and that she needs her sleep we are having sure fun getting to know our little nugget. She loves to kick her feet and she is on the verge of noticing her hands. I try to put her on her activity mat or give her toys to bat at. Sometimes I will just hold her hands and we dance in the bouncer. Next week she will be getting her 2 month immunizations so we should have a full report of all her stats. I have about 20 photos from the past couple weeks that I will post soon!

Smiley video

Lily is starting to look at stuff and smile now. Here is a video Kori took of her doing some grinning.
